Trane leaned on our UI, UX, and Dev team to transform and reposition the commercial side of Trane from a product provider to a global partner, while also making it easy for customers to find and understand their wide variety of products and services. One way we did that was to show relevant content based on the user’s needs and location in order to be a better partner to our users.
